Scope:   The USPTO project complex comprises 2.5 million sq. ft. of space in five 10-story office buildings and two open parking structures each with a 77,000 sq. ft. townhouse-style office building fronting them. It is part of the General Services Administration (GSA) Design Excellence initiative that has governed the design of all federal buildings and courthouses over the past 15 years.
