Scope:   This multi-building complex situated on 9.5 acres of land is the headquarters for the FDIC. It has a 7-story office building with office space and training facilities for FDIC employees, and a residence building for students and instructors attending classes at the Center. There is an enclosed passageway linking the office building to the student residence, a fitness center, business center, swimming  pool, cafeteria, classrooms with state-of-the-art audio/visual resources. CBO Glass was responsible for 3 buildings clad with granite and conventional precast totalling 105,000 sq. ft.

Custom Blast Resistant Systems installed consisted of:
-   32,000 sq. ft. of Punched Windows
-   30,500 sq. ft. of Curtain Wall
-     6,000 sq. ft. of Strip Windows
Non-Custom Blast Systems installed consisted of:
 -     8,500 sq. ft. of Composite Aluminum Panel
 -     2,000 sq. ft. of Storefront

CBO Glass also assisted in design to match existing windows while meeting new blast load criteria.
