Scope:   The International Monetary Fund Headquarters II Building located in the North West Financial District on Pennsylvania Avenue is a 12-story office building that is approximately 649,000 sq. ft. This prominent site is precisely half way from the white house grounds and Washington Circle. The design approach includes a central atrium which provides natural light to interior offices. In 2006 this building won "The Craftsmanship Award for Visual Excellence". As the Glazing Contractor on the project, CBO Glass was responsible for:
-   Design, Build and Fabrication of Performance Specification Systems
-   Fabrication and Installation of Interior Atrium Blast Resistant Curtainwall (26,000 sq. ft.)
-   Fabrication and Installation of Exterior Blast Resistant Curtainwall (90,000 sq. ft.)
-   Fabrication and Installation of Punched Windows (170,000 sq. ft.)
-   Stainless Steel Revolving Door
-   Suspended Glass Ceiling
-   Acoustical Window System
-   Aluminum Panels
-   Column Covers
-   Precast/Limestone Accent Panel
-   Interior Office Fitout
